"Being a homeowner is not for the faint of heart. It is especially anxiety-producing in a global pandemic. I wanted to take the time to give my deepest thanks to one of our own, Sprigs & Twigs. Back in December we had basement flooding at the North side of our house during a rain storm. We sent out an SOS to this forum and that evening S&T's owner personally messaged me and was at our house at 9am the next morning. The problem was HUGE to me but a breeze for Bill Lillie and his team. Since then we asked him back for a consult on our new house/property. They did their best to repair the unsightly cutting that had been done and took great pains to prune additional trees in a way that enhanced the natural beauty of the trees. "A few weeks ago Sprigs & Twigs removed four trees at our home. I was Amazed with the care and concern they took to minimize the impact on the yard, our home, and the lamp lighting. Not one thing was damaged despite the enormity of the oak trees that were removed. Further, they took the time to prune back some other trees that were impinging on lower growth. Lastly, after looking at the stumps that were left behind, I called on them to grind them down which they did without hesitation and the crew of two who came early last Saturday left our yard in better condition than they found it!" – Andrew C.
